HOW IT WORKS
Know the next step before you start.
A useful first conversation leads to a clear scope, not an unexplained commitment.
1. Describe the need
- Dealership type and the workflow you want to improve
- Current CRM, listing, or scheduling tools
- Approximate enquiry volume and the staff involved
- A synthetic example of an enquiry or handoff, without customer or credit data
2. Clarify the fit
We review the information, ask the missing questions, and identify any provider, professional, access, or data-handling dependencies. Do not send sensitive documents through the public form.
3. Define the proposed outcome
- An enquiry-to-handoff process map
- A proposed owner, status, and next-action routine
- A reusable presentation or delivery-preparation checklist
- A written scope for any agreed documentation or configuration work
4. Agree the arrangement
Review a written scope and proposal before work or a provider change. Confirm who does what, how acceptance is checked, and what remains outside the scope.
5. Keep the handoff visible
The enquiry is kept in the shared desk with its brand and project details. Internal ownership, next-action notes, and follow-up dates help track the conversation. This does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
